SENIOR – EXERCISE FOR ELDER


The SENIOR training programme is intended for people over 65 years of age for improving the balance, stabilising the body as well as maintaining and strengthening the muscles and bone density.

It also includes pelvic floor exercises. All exercises are done slowly and without any equipment, since the focus is on the improvement of balance and maintenance and strengthening of muscles.

The SENIOR training programme includes 6 guided trainings, the difficulty of which increases every week.

All exercises are performed without equipment and increase in difficulty from week to week. In parallel with the increase of difficulty, the calorie consumption increases as well. You can find the history of your trainings (number of calories burned, time spent for training, number of exercises done, etc.) for each day in the tab โ€œProfileโ€ of the Extreme Trainingยฎ App.
