NOVICE


The difficulty level of the Novice training programme includes 6 guided trainings.

The programme is suitable for people who have never exercised in the past or have stopped exercising long ago.

All exercises are done with any equipment, using only your own weight. The Novice training programme includes static exercises, where you will get familiar with the sport in a friendly manner. The programme consists of low intensity exercises and does NOT include any plyometric exercises (jumps, leaps, etc.). Each training includes exercises for the entire body and their level of difficulty increases with each week. In parallel with the increase of difficulty, the calorie consumption increases as well – this can be followed on the tab โ€œProfileโ€ in the Extreme Trainingยฎ App. I recommend 3 trainings per week.
