15 MINUTES TRAININGS


15-minute trainings are suitable for people who are in top form and donโ€™t have much time.

They can be done when you donโ€™t have the time for the regular training.

The trainings increase your heart rate as much as possible within 15 minutes in order to achieve the EPOC effect. You can read more about the EPOC effect in my blog. The programme includes 14 guided trainings.

All trainings consist of elementary exercises that are done without any equipment. The speciality of this programme is that, beside the trainings for the entire body, it also includes the trainings for certain parts of the body. Thus, you can choose a guided training for a certain part of your body.
